4. Payment & Refunds

• Balance added to your account is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• If an order fails to deliver, the charged amount will be refunded to your panel balance.
• We do not provide cash refunds for balance remaining in your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
